Takeoff Confidence is a structured six-week programme designed to help you overcome fear of flying by addressing the thoughts, emotional responses, and physical reactions that keep the anxiety cycle in place when travelling by plane. The programme combines practical psychological strategies with hypnotherapy techniques to help you retrain your mind and body’s response to flying situations, so that travel feels calmer, more manageable, and far less overwhelming.

What is Takeoff Confidence?
 

Takeoff Confidence is a structured six-week programme designed to help you overcome fear of flying.

 

It combines evidence-based cognitive behavioural strategies with hypnotherapy techniques to address anxious thoughts, physical panic responses, and emotional triggers.

 

The programme works to retrain the mind and body’s response to flying, helping you approach air travel with greater calm, confidence, and control.

You will also benefit from the support of a small group of up to 8 individuals providing encouragement, shared motivation, and a sense of community throughout the journey.
