Who I Am and What Services I provide
I, Georgina Orife, am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. A Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist provides psychological support using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnosis techniques. This involves working with clients to understand and change thought patterns and behaviours, often using relaxation and visualisation methods to promote wellbeing.

What Personal Data Is
Personal data refers to any information you provide at the start of or during therapy. This may include your name, address, medical history, the issue you are seeking therapy for, and any related details, including session notes.
Special Category Personal Data is more sensitive Personal Data and includes, for example, data relating to physical or mental health, sexual orientation and racial or ethnic origin.

How I Collect Your Personal Data
I collect most of the Personal Data from you in person, by telephone, text or email or messaging tools (such as WhatsApp or Instagram).

How I Use Your Personal Data
I use your data for the following purposes:

I am required to discuss clients in supervision. Any identifying information will be removed and anonymised.
