
Exam Ready
Exam Ready is a structured six-week programme designed to help teens manage exam stress, strengthen confidence, and develop the calm focus needed to perform at their best. Combining evidence-based cognitive behavioural strategies with hypnotherapy techniques, the programme equips teenagers with practical tools to regulate anxiety, improve concentration, and approach exams - including GCSEs, A-levels, mocks, and UCAS interviews - with a clear, confident mindset. I developed this programme based on my experience in education and my work with young people, responding to the real pressures and demands they face today. It provides a structured, skills-based approach to help teens prepare for and navigate exams and preparation for interviews with resilience, focus, and confidence, maximising exam performance and UCAS points potential.

What is Exam Ready?
Exam Ready is a six-week structured programme that helps teens understand and manage the thoughts, emotions, and physical responses that can build up around exams.
Using cognitive behavioural strategies, teens learn to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with practical, performance-focused techniques. Hypnotherapy is used to reinforce calm, focus, and confidence, helping young people feel prepared and in control throughout the exam period.

The programme is delivered online in a small group of up to 8 teens, providing both personalised guidance and the motivation that comes from working alongside peers in a supportive environment.
